  • Annual Elections of Gallatin Fire District


                PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, THAT THE Annual Election of the Gallatin Fire District will take place on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 between the hours of 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm at the Town of Gallatin Town Hall located at 667 County Route 7, Gallatin, NY for the purpose of electing five commissioners, being one for a one year term, one for a two year term, one for a three year term, one for a four year term, and one for a five year term, each commencing January 1, 2015, terms to be decided by those who receive the highest numbers of votes.  All duly registered residents of the Gallatin Fire District shall be eligible to vote.  Note:  By the provisions of Town Law, Section 176(7), the Board of Fire Commissioners has provided by resolution that the candidate for the Fire District Office shall file their names with the Secretary of the Gallatin Fire District, no later than November 19, 2014.
